The Glastonbury Zodiac, Throne of God, The Somerset Sanctuary, The Temple in the Wilderness.

The Somerset Sanctuary was so named by Caroline Hall Hovey, in her book of the same name.        Her writing inspired me to look further,                                  working with old maps,… Continue reading The Glastonbury Zodiac, Throne of God, The Somerset Sanctuary, The Temple in the Wilderness.

Melkin’s Prophecy by Gail Cornwell.

Melkin’s Prophecy by Gail Cornwell. My book  available on Amazon UK, Amazon Canada, or Amazon U.S.

This is my own opinion and research. After 30 years of research, there is no archeology to prove or disprove The Glastonbury Zodiac. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. The language of astrological correspondences speaks volumes, but not to the uninitiated.

It is the landscape further to the western sunset, from the usual known Katharine Maltwood effigies or geoglyphs, that is the most decorated. It is filled with animals, birds, ships and many other effigies, or geoglyphs, that only fully make sense in the context of the individual banners of the Tribes of Israel, specifically Jacob’s sons and the blessings given them.

This is not what I expected, but these geoglyphs are the archeology and are worthy of further research. The image of a deer and a bird together made no sense until, in my frustration at my own ignorance, I threw the question to Google, which then pointed out the connection to the Tribe of Naphtali.

So I tried the Unicorn. It was the same thing:  a banner of the Tribe of Ephraim. And at Girt Dog or Great Dog, or Wolf, it was the same again: Tribe of Benjamin. And this continued until I had a full house. Literally, all the tribes are present. That is not a coincidence or pareidolia (seeing patterns in things). These geoglyphs are there, and many people see them. What are the odds of finding all the tribes, and not just one, or a few?

All of this led me to write this first book Melkin’s Prophecy, with another on the way…
